ilecDesign boasts a well-priced automated fireworks controller named Pyro Fire. This system has been designed, developed, and manufactured here in Australia by Australians. The first prototype has been in circulation within the pyrotechnics industry since December 2001. Since then the system has been refined and extra safety features have been added. This system is capable of producing fireworks displays equivalent to the Sydney new years' shows, Brisbane river fire, and smaller business & wedding events. This system has been designed to be user intuitive, from the PC software right through to on-site setup. So this system accommodates for the novice pyrotechnics operator to the expert.

    Future developments

    ilecDesign is interested in developing a secure wireless link that would operate between Pyro Fire systems and DU nodes. This would enable such things as skyscraper / roof top firework setups to be integrated into the one pyrotechnics system, eliminating the potential of human error.
